Redick played 15 seasons in the NBA and has since become an analyst for ESPN. Redick also has a podcast with LeBron James, which they use to break down the game of basketball.
At 39, Redick brings a formidable basketball IQ to the table. The Lakers are said to consider him a ‘Pat Riley-like coaching prospect,’ a testament to their belief in his potential.
If the Purple and Gold opt to have Redick as their next head coach, surrounding him with a coaching staff of former head coaches could be crucial to a successful tenure.
The LakeShow has a ton to consider this offseason, but the first domino to fall will be who they land as their next head coach.
